Had a great ride out and coaching session with Pro Ride Wales on the weekend. Really good pre session communication, everything was detailed and objectives for the day were clear. Martin is clearly an experienced biker and was really quick to asses our abilities and tailor the day accordingly. He has great interpersonal skills and puts you at ease which allows good honest feedback to be exchanged which definitely helps you to improve at a pace over the session.
